Become a Teaching Artist

Create Together will offer advancing curricula in several established creative disciplines. This will allow students to come in as complete beginners and to build their skills and knowledge by taking increasingly advanced workshops. We are currently testing this new operating philosophy to become sustainable and keep costs low. You can help us build a successful creative center, full of renewed energy and life. In the same light, we are excited to support artists who are new to teaching. Create Together is willing to train you and help you find your teaching style and delivery methods.

Create Together aims to make workshops accessible to all in our community. We are looking to work with local artists to offer more workshops on weeknights and weekends. We are also committed to making creative experiences affordable to participants.

What to Expect From Us

If you have previously taught a workshop at Fletcher Farm School for the Arts & Crafts, you can expect to notice a difference in the way we operate and schedule programming. We are growing our offerings based on community interest and the interests and availability of local teaching artists. We will review your proposal for a good fit and feasibility. As we grow, we will be continuously assessing what is working for our students, for our business, and for our teaching artists. We will work with you to develop programming that will succeed in our new model and will be sustainable for our organization.
